I am Deepak Gupta, a Vodafone customer, mobile number (9999288918). I have been using the services from the company from very long and have been facing so many issues including poor signal strength, offensive customer care behavior, and issues related to bills.
From last one year and so I have been facing major issues with the poor signal strength of Vodafone services in my area and home. I registered various complaints for the same. However, the company didn’t take any action up-till now. They simply take care of their bills and unethical consumer harassment practices. Even more, Vodafone Delhi has crossed their all limits, a recovery/billing agaent, named Manoj Rana, from Vodafone Mini Store, Najafgarh visited my place on June 29, 2014 and requested me to make my payments. After listening my issues, he promised me to help in resolving my issues and offered me a discount of INR 415. He called the concerned department and activated my services and assured me that all of my account are clear. Further, he told me that the payment would be reflected in the system on July 5, 2015. However, I am still receiving messages from Vodafone for undue payment of INR 412. Moreover, the telecom company has disconnected the services as well.
I think, Vodafone is running this unethical practices and employing gundas to recover payments making fake promises. I am having the recovery agent’s number and name, and receipt copy. I will take this issue to the consumer court. The company is running gunda system and harassing the customers.
I want file this complaint against Vodafone. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
