Complaint against Vodafone

Pathetic Service from Vodafone Customer Care Executives:
Vodafone has charged me wrongly on my bill, that too for excess internet usage, as per them (for which they say they don’t have any records on their server). Someone please tell me, why and how such blunders are not done on excess calls, just because, calls records can be taken out through Itemized bills, wherein internet usage they don’t provide any details. I have repeatedly being complaining to their customer service executives, for my problem, and was advised for a call back within 48 hrs with a resolution, which never happened and instead my number got disconnected this morning. The only solution their executives give is ” you have used this much service and you will have to pay it”. At least if not brains, but they should use their common sense, that if as a customer, I would have used it, I wouldn’t have been wasting my time with these stupid executive, who are so inhuman towards the customer’s problems. This is simply disgusting and irritating. I wonder what these executives are paid for, when they cant even handle the customer queries. Rather, as a matter of fact, we as a customer, are even paying for even lodging our complaints and grievances also (remember, every call that we make on customer care, is chargeable). Ridiculous it is.
Poorest of poor customer handling ethics they have. My question is that why should I pay for an amount, which I haven’t even used. And if I have used it, Vodafone should give me a proper detail of it, so that I get a clarity and satisfaction before paying my hard-earned money to them. I think if i don’t get a proper resolution to it, I will have to take this further to a consumer court. This kind of service is not expected from such a renowned service provider.
When I logged on to Vodafone FB page, I saw so many reviews from other people also, which were negative. No positive reviews were seen. This means I am not only a dissatisfied customer of Vodafone. There are other people also, who are suffering because of their poor service too.
