I have purchased a LCD 32″ TV of Make Videocon in the month Apr 2012. But after 20 days, the TV getting off automatically afeter 10 minutes of its switched on. The TV is still warrenty period of company. In this regards I have lodged complaint in company customer care vide No. GHA2705120619 but till date I could not got relief even after so many email to the service care. Please look into the matter.
