This is with reference of my car tata nano HR 29 Z 0382 in my name vijay singh Add. 2855/A sector 55, faridabad.
My car was breakdown in august and have given for repair to tayal motors on 19th August2014. In this regards have called tata motors breakdown department and they have sent the mechanic to check the said vehicle and inform the breakdown department and ask for the crane at my house and delivered to tayal motors for repair.
Mechanic has mentioned while checking of the car the back gear was having the problem, starting of the car was not working at the time of checking and car breaks was not working.
After delivered at the tayal motors the representative Mr. Fahim of the tayal motors said that breakdown and back gear problem will not be considered in warranty. Have called customer care and explained the warranty and car problems and customer care person told that it will be solve in 48 hours. I have conveyed the same to Mr. fahim and requested him to take the car for repair after solving of the warranty issue but he refused to issue the job card of the car. However he said you can leave your car here and will receive and make the job of your car once warranty issuse is solved. After that i have kept the car in tayal motors premises because of breakdown and waited for 48 hours to solve the warranty issue.
After 48 hours i have called at tayal motors to know of warranty issue but was shocked and shake of their reply, they said we don’t have your car here and you have left your car of your own wish.
Again I have called at customer care on the same day 21st of august 2014 and he registered the the complaint and given the complaint no. 1-22630319741 by saying it will be solved in 48 hours.
Pertaining to this I have called again after 48 hours at the customer care and got the same reply of withing 48 hours and new complaint no. 1-22660825371.
Between this incident 21st august 2014 to 25th august 2014 i have received the call from tayal motors and they were shouting and threatening to me for my car and emphasizing that you have kept your car of your own wish we are not concern and go and find out in local police station of faridabad.
Note : I am requesting to the Concern authority looks into the matter as i felt cheated and harassed. Kindly resolve it asap.
