Dear Sir,
This is to bring into your knowledge that I RAVI SAHNI R/O 20/2 PREM NAGAR JANAK PURI NEW DELHI – 110058 bought a New Post Paid Sim Connection from Tata Post Paid Services ADDRESS : 1106/10 GOVIND PURI, NEW DELHI. I received a call on 4th March 2014 from Tata Indicom Office Govind Puri New Delhi and was told that I will be getting a New Sim Connection with the number of my choice and I chose the said number 9266912345 of the options given to me.
After Two days i.e. 6th March 2014, Tata Indicom Executive DILSHAD Mobile No : 0855010470 came to my shop and collected the said documents (Voter Id Card, Aadhar Card & 2 Photographs with Signature) from my shop and took a Cheque of Rs : 850/- Cheque no : 036778 and Cash Amount Of Rs : 50/-.
Again after Two Days Dated : 8th March 2014 I received a call from Tata Indicom Office informing that the number booked by me was not available. As a result I requested them to kindly retune the cheque and the cash amount as I was no more interested in buying the number.
After my repeatedly calling I was not getting any response from their side. They had even stopped taking my calls, this made me to visit there office at Govind Puri New Delhi On, where I met Mr. Narinder Malik (Head of Branch) and narrated the whole situation. After listening he returned my documents and assured me to deliver my cheque. Its been over two weeks I still have not received any Cheque from his side.
I request u to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
