Complaint against TATA DOCOMO Photon 3G

Hi Team,

I purchased Tata Docomo Photon 3G datacard in Feb’14 for Rs 1700. While purchasing the card the representativr told me that if subscribe for any plan of Rs 1000 and above i will get bill discount of Rs 150 for the next 13 months.

But after 2 months for this cycle they are charging me 1000 Rs only and they are not providing me the above discount.

I had confirmed twice regarding this offer and this offer is still valid.

My tata docomo phton number is 7204002416.

Please help me.
