complaint against tata docmo

i am a customer of tata docomo since very long and my no. is 9034949432. i activated a hello tune 2 days bk and which last only for couple of hours. and i hv paid a amount of rs 56 for that. from last 2 days i am trying to contact customer care regarding this but ever time they say “sir please wait for 4 hours” but still the same and again if i try to contact the customer then its locked we can not contact them till the next date. this is not the first time i am facing this customer care problem but i always ignored but now the limit has crossed so i request you take strict action against this fraud company. last time also i hv complained against them but still they are creating problems for customers. this time i am really sick and tired of them…
