Complaint on shopclues .com

we ordered a product(Photo-frame) on Feb 15th 2014.We received the product on Feb 18th 2014. But the product was completely damaged during the shipping. Reg on this issue we have raised a complaint to the shopclues.com on Feb 20th 2014.But they haven’t responded on this issue till now.
Please take required action on shopclues to refund my money ASAP.
