complaint against service suspension

This is with reference to my mobile number which I ported from Vodafone to Airtel. On 21-03-2014, my service was suddenly suspended and outgoing and incoming services were deactivated without giving any information. When I called customer care, i was told that the documents were not received by the airtel back-end team. When I went to dealer to ask, he said he had already submitted it long back and he also said he had a reference number for the same.
When I again called customer care, they said something else that the documents submitted was incorrect and asked me to provide a fresh copy of documents. On 22-03-2014, I submitted my Voter’s ID along with a photograph to the exclusive airtel shop in Shimoga, Karnataka and they provided me an acknowledgement number. Till this morning, there was no service. I again called customer care and asked them about the update and when I gave them the reference number for submission of fresh documents, one of the agent released the outgoing call facility. However, I am still unable to receive calls(incoming calls), outgoing messages, and incoming messages. It’s since 21-03 and today is 25-03 and the people from customer care speak very arrogantly and asked me to wait for 72 more hours which is highly impossible. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO HAVE THE FULL SERVICE AND I AM UNABLE TO WAIT.
