complaint sent to samsung

Dear Sir,
This is in reference to my invoice no SC990 Dated 30.05.2013 for product purchase Samsung Split AC.Since last 15 days compressor automatically start as soon as start the ac for the same I have marked complaint at customer service no & engineer visited and said 01 part is defective in the outdoor kit & the same need to replaced and given the commitment that he will fix the same by next day but till date no one turned up.I have again called up at customer care and spoken with Vikram,Meenakshi & also at local service center at lucknow with Monica Pandey but I am totally not satisfied as this level of service was not expected from the company like Samsung.This is my first experience to buy a product from samsung & had a very bad experience with comparison with LG product which is beyond the expectation.Your Team was really not helpful & every time they have given wrong commitment.
I am facing issue but really no one bothered to understand the problem of the customer.It is my request to please replace the complete set and arrange the new one on priority as within two month the machine is giving problem then in future it will again give problem and the service level which samsung provide is really not upto the mark.
