The service holder of Voltas AC at Asansol is third graded. The proprietor Mr. Ashok Das (M. No. 9832191701) is running the service facility in a pathetic manner. After intimating the problem of breakdown of the ac showing E-1 before shutting off immediately after start, he sent one person who made the servicing and took Rs. 450/-.The problem remained as before. After ringing 15 to 16 times he did not even bothered to receive the call. Then after going to their service centre in this unbearable temperature 4 to 5 times, everytime he assured to send his serviceman within 30 minutes, since 22.04.16. Till now at 9.30 p. m. on 25.04.16 no one bothered to attend the problem. Even after speaking to him in a gentleman manner, he responds badly as if he is doing us a favour. It is a disgraceful feeling of getting such a response from a such a company of repute like Voltas.
