I would like to bring this to your notice that i received really pathetic service from Sai Auto Sales, Gurgaon.
I own a Bajaj Pulsar 220 Registration no. BR 01 AZ 9589 which had a problem of front disc failure which also led me to accident two times.
After initially observing the problem I took the bike to authorized service centre SAI AUTO SALES and paid them the bill that was raised against fixing the problem. After leaving the service centre understanding problem has been fixed, I left from there and after just a short commute I had a accident since the problem was not rectified.
Since then I have visited their service centre 8 times and yet they have not been able to fix the problem and they even refuse to make refund against the faulty items they have fixed my bike with.
Their service has not only made my daily commute which was reliant on my bike difficult but has also made me financially constrained.
