Complaint related issues for 32 inch Onida Chrome TV

Purchased Onida Chrome 32 inch LED TV in Aug 2011, become faulty in May 2012, the set is under warranty, given complaint to Onida Customer care on 31st May 2012, complaint number is 12057386380250, the TV has handover to Service Center in Nashik, till date there is no solution, please help me..
