Complaint regarding very poor network and substandard customer care services.

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been facing a very poor network problem for the past one year. I have lost count of the number of complaints I have made to the customer care. Every time I make a call to the customer care to hear nothing but the same answer that my problem will be resolved within 36 hrs, I now wonder how long 36 hrs actually is in Tata Docomo’s World Of Simplicity?.

Although the tower is within close vicinity but still I can’t make a call in a single try. If by luck a call connects either I can’t hear clear voice from other side or the one on the other side doesn’t gets my voice clearly. Either network strength remains too low or no service at all, funny thing is most of the time when I try to connect my cell phone to internet, network suddenly disappears as if Docomo is laughing at my face humiliating me.

I am not that kind of person who gets delighted hearing the conversation of unknown personals that too in different different languages( such as tamil, marathi, gujrati, bengali etc etc…) so please stop this nonsense and resolve this crosstalk problem also asap.

I never expected this kind of shabby treatment to a consumer from a private company that prides itself in providing the best service without any discrimination on the basis of Class/ Economic status Etc.

I have also tried to register an online complaint on ” http://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx ” but every time I tried, it says ” Please register to My Account and raise requests & complaints for your Account “. Even after registering on Tata Docomo’s website I am unable to raise a complaint request online.
I wonder what does Simplicity means in Tata Docomo’s ” WORLD OF SIMPLICITY “?

When I first visited Tata Docomo’s website to register an online complaint( after numerous failures from your customer care support ) it says ” We are really sorry but wait, help is at hand. “, but I do not see Tata Docomo’s helping hand anywhere near, either I am blind( which I can assure you that I am not ) or Tata Docomo has an invisible helping hand.
As when I tried to view the status of my previous complaints, I was shocked to see that it doesn’t recognize my mobile no: 9671318737 as a valid Tata Docomo Number, thus I came to conclude that Tata Docomo do not value their customers and simply abandon them instead of finding a proper solution, and thus I have finally decided to port my number to some other operator if my network problem is not resolved within 36 hrs( as per Tata Docomo’s customer care executives).

I have now requested a Unique Port Code, after not getting a proper response from the customer care executive: Aashish when registering a complaint. He assured me that as soon as I disconnect this call I’ll receive a complaint number on my mobile number, which regretfully I didn’t receive. Only message I did receive is of being charged 50p for calling customer care support( another way of making more money ). After waiting a few hours I again made a call to Docomo’s customer care no. and had a conversation with their customer care executive: Gaurav only to hear Docomo’s all time favorite excuse ” that either their server is down or it is updating and they can’t provide any information currently “.

I look forward to a quick response from Tata Docomo’s side failing which I will have to port my operator from Tata Docomo to either Vodafone(my previous operator) or Airtel, and painfully end my long association with Tata Docomo as a consumer.
