I had taken a postpaid connection. then after 1 month i wanted that to cancel it. then the distributor asked me for some other person’s document in my home so i gave my brother’s doc. but he told the documents were rejected so asked for some other’s so i game moms. he didn’t cancelled mine he took 2500 money from me to cancel connection and didn’t cancelled but instead he started 2 more postpaid connection without my permission and used to hand it over to other people to use idea 3g data but the bill was to be paid by us instead of not using by us. Idea cellular keeping such fraud people to work this is not right. then for that 3 bills still receiving calls and now got legal notice to pay bill else the case would be filled. and idea cellular removed that distributor from work. but what about us i cant pay that much money as i am a student. so i didn’t wanted that postpaid connection so i had cancelled. now finally i trust the consumer forum please take some action. i am fed up with this now. and also suggest many people not take any idea postpaid connection. Thank you.
