Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I purchased a new mobile Sony Xperia C on ebay.in. The product name given on website ebay.in is Deal Azadi: New Imported Sony Xperia C dual SIM purple(131258106120).I paid the whole amount (Rs. 13981) in advance through online banking. But I got the product around 10 days later. That’s still okay to me.
But the product which I got had a serious problem. The display of the mobile was not working. I complained both the ebay cusotmer care team as well as the seller (seller name is SARF Trading on the ebay.in). ebay told me to reship the complete item back to the seller. I did the same and reshipped the item back to the seller and the proof is attached herewith. But after that neither ebay nor the seller is responding to my communication. The seller doesn’t even pickup my call. The ebay customer care takes around half an hour to pick the call but doesn’t give any positive response. It has been around 1 month since I am having this problem. Everyday I need to spend more than 2 hours to know the status of the resolution but nobody is interested in my complaint. I am mentally frustrated with ebay and the seller on the ebay.
I am a very busy person working at IIT Kanpur, one of the premier institute in the country. But everyday I have to spend more than 2 hours to know the status of the complaint. I will never buy any product on ebay again neither I would recommend any of my relative or friend to do shopping on ebay.
I request you to please escalate this process and give me the resolution as soon as possible.
