Complaint regarding misuse of photo identity card loss of my expensive money and time by stopping my mobile service while i am fulfilling the all requirements with reciept proof given by videocon office.

Location/place: Rewa, MP.

Name of company/service: Videocon Mobile Services

Sir, i purchase a sim of videocon pre paid GSM (ie. 09074159236)by submitting my personal photo identity document(Bank Pass Book with statement)alon with my photograph at Head Office of videocon Mobile Services and collected the reciept consumer copy from their side, but after 30 days my sim service has been stopped due to identity verification, it means my personal id is misused by the Company Person of Head office of Rewa.
Due to this illegal activity of above person i loss a lot of money with my expensive time of one week (ie. from 05-jul-2012 to 13-jul-2012)and feel very guilty with my inner conscience because i had to face vary unethical things from the company person of videocon Rewa ie Deepak Naidu- Cluster Head.
Kindly Help me regarding this matter because i am frustrated otherwise i will commit suicide.
