Subject: Complaint regarding fraudulent services and inconvenience caused.
Dear Sir,
We (EduBerg 211, Krishna complex, kalyan station rd, kalyan west 421301) had given our ACER–ASPIRE laptop Model No. Z03, Aspire 4520 series, S/N: LXAJN0C01783732F6A2524, SNID:83720874625, for the problems of not starting properly, usb not connecting, cd-rom not working and miscellaneous problems for repairing to ShreeTech Laptop Services 311, shudhanshu chambers, kalyan station rd, kalyan west 421301 No. 9699592126 / 7798557323 / 8655437972 on 26/07/2014. We had paid to them Rs.4, 800/- against invoice number 148 & 238 and SLS Collection no.1026 & 1032. Since then we did not found our laptop in good working condition.
We had send it back to them for repairing and in spite of several calls and reminders made to them, they had returned laptop to us on 22nd Sept.2014 and we had found that its still not in proper working condition and over to it they damaged its Wi-Fi function. For this, they had raised a further bill of Rs.1,000/- and now they are threatening us for payment. It’s been almost 2 months we are facing problems from their side due to inconvenience service provided by them. We made sent them mail twice for the same before making complaint in consumer forum but they had not given any response of mail. Kindly do needful for us.
