Complaint regarding defected DVD+Home Theater System

Location/place: # 45, Sector-11, Panchkula (HR)

Name of company/service: Star C.J Alive/Phillips India Ltd.

I bought a Phillips 5.1 channel DVD & Home theater system from Star CJ alive. An Online Shopping TV Channel. After getting the delivery of the product, I feel the sound is not good & bursts at high volume. Then I call at costumer care, to send the company representative for checkup the product, The representative visited my home but it was not satisfactory, he asks me to wait for one or two days.
But there is no result after about a one week.
Now I again call on the Phillips C.care and again got the same representative, at this stage he gave me the Ph. No; of the off. 0172-5087757 and ask me to talk with his senior Mr. Gautam after 2-3 day’s.
When I talk with Mr. Gautam, He say’s that he has no knowledge about this. But after hearing my request he assures me to send a representative for check the product. but no one came to me. After waiting for 3-4 day’s I again call him, and got the same awnser again & again and no person came to me for sought out the problem till today.
