Complaint Regarding Damage Handset issued as a Fresh Piece And Misbehavior with customers

Respected Sir/Madam,

I bought a brand new handset Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro from the store at Ahmedabad. Within 12 hours from the purchase , I found a problem of heating in the handset.When I went to a customer care office named Disha Services , Drive In Road, Ahmedabad within 12 hours of purchase, they took it for checking purpose. When I went there to take it back,I asked the representative to talk to the owner of that service center,but she refused for that. When I asked them to replace that damaged handset with a new one, they misbehaved with me. They behaved with me rudely.I m very very disappointed with Samsung Service and specially the service center in Ahmedabad. The customer representatives have no sense of how to behave with their customers.I want a brand new handset in replacement. Samsung service center representatives have no sense of how to communicate with customers. Although the headset is damaged, they told me that they dont care for whatever action I can take. Is this the way of Samsung company to behave with customers? Samsung company has lost his reputation and customer relationship with this incident. I contacted customer care within 12 hours of purchase. How can it be possible for a brand new phone to be damaged ? I want replacement of my handset.Even the owner didnt talk to me for my problem.

I would like to inform you that I am very disappointed by the behavior of service center representatives. They even updated my handset software version without asking me. Now I am getting some other problems.My handset was shut down on the running call last night. I have got the defected handset on the fresh purchase. I want the brand new replacement for my handset within 7 days.And how can it be possible for a new handset to go to service center within 12 hours of purchase? I want replacement for my handset. I am having so bad and disappointing experiences with your Samsung Service and customer relationships. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank You.
