Complaint reg. reparing of washing machine.

Location/place: NORTH (SHALILMAR BAGH)

Name of company/service: WHIRLPOOL

I booked a complaing vide service request No. 24753 on 19.5.2012 on customer care centre No.1860-180-4558 and they took my washing machine on 21.5.2012. Since then I am daily continously contecting them on telephone no. 9312602607 & 011-25934062 about 20-21 times, but they are not paying head. As on today i.e. 7.6.2012 I am not in a poisition to get back my repaired washing machine.
