COMPLAINT ON RELIANCE MODEM

Name of company/service: RELIANCE NETCONNECT+

My, name is sd.aaquib hasan i buy a reliance netconnect+ postpaid modem before 2 months for 1600rs at the time of buying they say that modem gives 3.1Mbps browsing speed and 230Kbps downloading speed for a monthly plan of 500rupees/month but now it only gives 25Kbps of speed so i give complaint at reliance office and cousomer care also but no response they does not taking back the modem, and by using my samsung mobile i am getting 30Kbps speed so why should i pay for their waste service so please register this complaint and take necessary actions
