i am having trouble with my electrolux washing machine.the problem is that the dried of machine is not work properly.I had alredy buy your AMC plan wide HCP No.80551 this plan is walid for one year under this plan if your machine was not work any time according to the plan company wish to us that they were not take any service charge from us and repair the machine as soon as possible but in my case every thing is opposite I called the customer care and registered a complaint so many times.I also called Mr. Vishal Bansal which was head in electrolux company I called them everyday since then to send somebody home to take a look.but even after promising nobody has turned up.
It is very shemful to say that please noone buy the AMC plan of this company because I already suffer from it
