Complaint of Voltas AC unresolved from long time.Complaint no. 17052310204 dt 24/05/17

I am Sweta Singh,Manager Punjab national Bank,Banka,Bihar.I had lodged complaint in Voltas customer care for AC repair and compressor replacement .my complaint no. Is
17052310204 dt24 / 05 /17 and several consequent telephonic reminders but it is still unresolved.The said AC is in warranty period and all related invoice were send ,but the company is paying no heed to resolve.Kindly take up the matter by the earliest.
