Dear Goel,
Here i am sending you the scanned copy of my bill of which i have already complained in your service centre.
It is out of my mind that since we purchased this fridge recently & despite that we are facing such a problem in a very short span of time wherein the compressor is not working.
Despite numerous complaints neither we are getting any satisfactory reply nor the complaint has been attended upto the mark from your side.Now we have been given an assurance, that our product will be replaced from your end which we appreciate, but how much time will it take, nobody knows. We have a patient at our home whose medicine has to be preserve in the fridge, which we are unable to.We already had a loss of around Rs.2000amount of medicines coz of this ir-regularity. I registered my complaint and next day an engineer Mr. Aashu (+91-9711993831) from your service centre came and told that Compressor is to be replaced and another eng. Mr. Inderjeet (+91-9873920572) will come and serve the purpose.Since then we have many times pleaded to Mr.S.S. MEHRA (+91-9873920613) about our request who claims to be a supervisor of your company..He is not guiding us properly and postponding our request on the pretext of non-avalability of a new compressor/Product. He is saying that he will either change the compressor(which is not in stock) or replace the product. He is actually not sure what to do & also giving in-definite time to get a compressor. As a consumer we are facing such a bad experience with your worldwide company WHIRPOOL. I totally fail to understand how the company serves its customers. Have We done a mistake by buying a WHIRPOOL product…? How long we have to wait, Kindly reply as we dont have any other option hence unable to bring any kind of vegetables or preservative at our home. You need to change our product to feel that we dealt with a reputed company.
