I am regular bsnl mobile customer for mobile number 9423945726.
On 23 march at 7:51AM I checked my gprs balance it was only 2 MB &
main balance was 148Rs.
So I recharged through online for 98 Rs Data Plan of 700MB.

At 7:57 I have a message from BSNL that I have 700 MB GPRS Balance &
148 Rs Main Balance.
I again check GPRS Balance through *112# option & received a message
that I have 2 MB Balance which was till 23 March & 700 MB till 13
April.
But when I tried callling my father on his number I received a reply
that I dont have enough balance.
I checked & found that my balance is nil.
I tried calling to 1503 & 18001801503 which again was very bad
experience, it took me around half an hour to connect to customer
care.
After connecting he told me that my 148 Rs balance was deducted for
the Data usage.

Please explain me why balance has been deducted from main balance when
I was having Data Balance?
