Dear sir /madam
It’s being about 2 months my bsnl landline and broadband not working.there is a provision in bsnl to resolve the landline related complaint within 5 days in rural areas and within 3 days in urban areas and if it’s related to broadband, they have to resolve it within 3 days.afterall I complaint many times to resolve my problem but they took no action and they use to update fake that the problem related to my no. has been resolved, I don’t know why but they did it so many times. Even I called to Mr. S.S. Pandit and mr. Pathak (S.D.O.) but they misbehave on phone but they didn’t resolved my problem, even I complained to higher authorities of bsnl but still no action has been taken.
Sir now I m sick of bsnl and their service, I feel very irritated and frustrated to these people of bsnl for their misbehavior.
You are requested to please do something in regards to this.
