Name of company/service: Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd.
Around one & half month back, I Lodge the complaint at company’s customer service ( not kept the complained no, thought it will be resolved in day or two). After talking to local dealer, person from your authorized service centre came & said that Gas filling is required. So, I told them to fill the gas, that service man didn’t return back. Then I called again authorized service provider. Another person from this service provider came & told me that gas is ok but PCB needs to be changed. I told them ok, change the PCB. That service man also didn’t turn back.
So, Again I complained to company’s customer care for this complaint. My complaint number is 12050700023 dated 25/07/12 again re-complained on dated 27/07.12. Till date nobody has attended & solve the problem.
I am very much surprised & also frustrated that company is big & globally reputed company but services are very-very poor. I request to provide me services.
