complaint not rectified

i purchased a 230l fridge on 27/11/2010 . the front panel of both the door started to sink.i gave a complaint and technican came to my house and said he will get the door replaced within 15days and raised a complaint and gave the number as hd0911016538. now it is more than 45 days till now they have not replaced.
