Complaint not closed by Haier

Location/place: KIADB Industrail area, Jigani

Name of company/service: CDYMAX PHARMA ( INDIA) PVT LTD.,

Here I intimating to we given complaint on 22.06.12 to Haier customer care executive, as our complaint open number BAN126210034. So they sent Technician contact (9742283409) detail like message to 9353066111 and committed within 24 hours our complaint will be closed, I waited he call to us after we called technician for attend the complaint but he not respond to us. Then customer care executive given contact number 080-32558138.
We called both number many times and customer care also but till complaint not closed. We wasted our valuable time and work. This is worst experience to us.
