Complaint against Jabong.com

Dear Sir,
This is regarding one of my order (Ref:150202527019089) from jabong.com for which I requested a return because of size problem and not liking the product.
1. The return collection executive (Nilesh: PH: 9699780075) came to my home without informing me. Since I did not know he is coming I did not leave any instructions for my parents at my home.
2.When he came, my father handed him a wrong item. Instead of s. Oliver black skirt (~1500INR) my father handed him a Vero Moda black skirt (~ 1300 INR, non Jabong product).
3. After 4 hrs of knowing the mistake, I tried calling the executive back, he never answered any of my calls.
4. I lodged complaint to Jabong.com in this matter, and after so many days I receive an answer that they would not be able to trace the product as it is a non-Jabong product.
5. I would say that why so many days were spent to tackle the problem. Also as it was collected as a Jabong product (though in disguise) with a Jabong label, why it is difficult to track that product?
6. I don’t think that its some impossible task to do, when they are handling such large chain of brands.
7. You can understand now I am stuck with one product which I am not satisfied with as well as I am on the verge of loosing another good product of mine.
This was my first ever experience with Jabong. I would say this is a very serious matter of dissatisfaction. I am unable to understand why the executive came to my place when he was not able to reach me. And he should not pick up the product when I was not there. I did not expect this standard from such a large chain of E-commerce brand.

  1. Hello sir,I have returned two white full t shirts but in my order I saw pending pick up status
    Three days before I returned d items.
    Which guy came to pickup d items did not give me anything n said that information will cum in mail.
    What should I do?
    When will my money refunded?

    This is regarding the discrepancy in the amount refunded by Jabong and the amount reflecting in my account.

    When I Spoke to the customer care executives of jabong ,they confirmed that the payment has been from their side and that there is some glitch on the Bank’s part.There is a discrepancy of Rs 2950 which has not been refunded by Jabong.

    I have sent them the link pertaining to all the transactions that I have received from Jabong to HDFC bank.The bank has confirmed that there is no lapse on their part.They say that it is unheard of that if the refund has been made from an online shopping site and it is not reflected in the Bank.

    When I spoke to the customer care executives of Jabong ,they said that they cannot do anything about this matter.This is an absolutely absurd revert made from your executives side. This is the reason that I am escalating this matter.

    Let me know by what time this issue would be resolved from your end.
