Complaint against ICICI bank

Dear All,

I have handed over the car registration no UP16T1374 to ICICI bank
against my loan date on 25.09.09.

I have tried to contact nodal officer and other customer services people but there is no reply from their side.

This kind of service is provided by a reputed bank. Now I am helpless. I am unable to understand what should I do. I do have the information of the guy where ICICI bank had sold the car which was owned by me earlier.

As per the ICICI bank process I had received to document which is
attached with the mail.

I have received the challan against the same car number which had
handed over to bank. When I called to ICICI bank to know the current
owner name, customer care is not replying any satisfactory revert from
their side.

I got the summon notice from the court against of my car challan which
is on my name and regularly nithari police station called me for
arrest warrant against the challan.

I am aware the person details where you have sold the car. I do not
have proof to show the police for the current owner information.

Now who will be responsible for any kind of loss from the same car or
any kind of crime happened from the same car.

As per the unsatisfactory reply from your side, I have to file a legal
case to ICICI bank.

I am regularly chasing the ICICI bank to know seller information after
my handed over the car. I have not seen that kind of worst service
provided by a reputed bank.

kindly help me to get it clear from the police case.
