Complaint against harresment

I Need your kind attention in the following matter. I have purchased a mobile set from KRG Computer Pvt Ltd , set details Micromax Canvas A121,as on dated 14th July 2014 .When I started using it, i found there is some manufacturing or device problem in it (while talking to anyone voices are not at all audible). Then I report the entire to my vendor. They send the set to servicing center of Micromax on 7th of Aug 2014 . After that it is one week passed, repeatedly I am going there for a healthy & transparent service platform as a customer. Last day i became shocked when they replied me in a harsh manner that it may take 10 to 15 days more to get my set back and more of all i have to carry a repair cost as well.
Being a customer of a branded product which is not even used more then 20 days and have found such a problem is just not acceptable.
Need your help and guidance regarding this mater.
