few months ago i have send my 500 gb western digital hard drive . which is in warranty . i send my HDD because it was not working. after sending HDD the compeney collected my HDD .then after few days i called costumer care to know the status of my hard disk they are telling me that it was fail in testing and they are not give me back a new hard or repaired hard drive please help me to take my hard drive me back to me.
