Complaint against a fraud call received.

I received a fraud call on 21st October, from:7834870411. The person told me that he was calling from flipkart and said that i am amongst one of the ten members who had won a prize( a LED, 10 grams gold, laptop or a phone) if I purchase a product of minimum rs 3000. Out of impulsiveness i purchased a hand blender from the flipkart and he asked me to paytm the money at: 9643681186. He sent me a text that the product will get delivered along with the gift in 3 to 4 days. He further called me(from: +911206564550) the next day and took my name to put it on some contest. The day after he called me again, saying that i had won rs 540000 cash and he was asking me to message him my bank account details which i refused and it suddenly clicked me that i had been decoyed here. I am calling him but the number is no more available. I want you to consider this matter and take immediate action against such fraudulence so that they do not harass any other person. I lost my money worth rs 4000. Please consider the matter.
