complaint for tv

we bought “VU” tv from croma and in the scheme we were given a samsung 22″ tv .
it worked for about a month and suddenly it stopped working . we complained about this twice and also we took our tv to croma but no on turned up and meanwhile even the guarantee period got over and over tv is still not working. please do something regarding it.
