complaint for taking garutiaur

Name of company/service: bank of maharashtra,valasang branch solapur

My name is suhas, My father was garunteer for one person his name is kautgikar he was working in Bank of maharashtra @ solapur branch my father was also working in same bank this case is before my father dying he given gaureenter to him ,after his death from last 14 year back ,bank taken garunteer to my mother because has been taken on the role my father in bank ,and this person Mr Kautgir has been dismissed from his job I dont know wt is reson behind that , at the time of giving loan to Mr. kautgikar there was three people including to my father ,now bank authority holding some amount of my mother salaries as collecting amount of loan . but we are not satisfied with that because after long period bank without giving any proper notice started collecting amount, also bank not giving proper response at the time of asking detailed about loan was taken by mr.kautgikar ,please help me because I and my young brother fully depend on my mother`s job please give me the proper solution what should we need to do and how we come out of it.
