Dear sir,
I visit today at idea showroom at Leela Bhawan Patiala Punjab (147001) . they have rejected to convert my idea postpaid connection to prepaid. Whereas there is nothing dues of my bills , I have already done advance payment on that numbers . they are rejecting to convert my idea postpaid number to prepaid without any reason. Also I want to say that staff behavior of Leela Bhawan staff is not good . mostly they tells lies or give wrong information .
Sir, after that I did call at toll free number 198 they tolled me that I can convert my connection post to prepaid at idea showrooms then why idea staff is rejecting it to converting from postpaid to prepaid. So I request you kindly take action immediately and help me in converting my connection in idea prepaid.
