Name of company/service: IDEA Cellular Ltd.
I have a Ideal post paid connection no- 9694090443, I have received first bill of Rs. 603.74/- for due date 05.07.2012.
Which payment have been make through cheque no- 525314, dt- 02.07.2012, Bank- Ratnakar Bank ,amount- 607.74/-, favouring “IDEA Cellular Ltd. A/C. No. 1.30166671” and also the said cheque is clear from my a/c on 05.07.2012.
But, I am unable to call STD, SMS, Internet etc. from dt-07.07.2012, then I have called to customer care and he confirmed that your some services are blocked due to non payment of bill. I was requested to customer care executive please activate my no because which payment have already paid by me but he was not activated the no and raised the complaint on same time.
Till day now this issue has not resolve then again I called customer care and he has told me, please make the payment again then I will started the facility other wise your query will be resolve on 11.07.2012.
I have heavy financial loss in this period due the non availability of call and internet facility in my mobile phone.
Kindly do the needful and resolve the issue shortly.
