I ordered a bouquet of ’12 Pink Roses’ for one of my good friends from www.cityflowers.co.in. My order number was CT100044005.

Instead of delivering 12 pink roses they sent 12 Red Roses out of which 4-5 roses were not fresh. I called them and after lot of arguments they accepted their mistake and sent 12 pink roses.

In the heated arguments the customer care guy started shouting and hurling abuses over the phone.

Then he, out of his way, called my friend(receiver of the flower) and said he want to meet her at 10:30 am. I don’t know whether to laugh at this juvenile act or ask my friend to lodge an official police complaint against him.

Bad/stale flowers received

My daughter used http://www. flowers .co.in to order flowers (celebrating it) for me online and upon receiving it I told the delivery boy that I don’t want to accept it since they are not fresh so he said its paid already and left. So my daughter wrote a email to give them the opportunity to fix these bad flowers in exchange for fresh product. In return we just got another email which tells me that we as a customer are wrong.

This guy raghav needs to understand if customer says its stale you need to send someone to inspect the product. Rather than taking the world from a employee

Any way I highly encourage every one not to give your business to this company.

We have cross checked with our team and found that only fresh flowers were delivered to the recipient and we can see as per images, that flowers are very fresh and nicely packed. The image’s on the website is just for reference only and actual product may vary as per local / daily stock availability as specified on the website. Our every product whether its cakes or flowers passes quality check before dispatching from our warehouse to ensure the freshness and quality of that particular product.

I don’t expect the product to be picture perfect but at least fresh.
