Dear Sir,
I bought sony ericsson neo v handset in December 2011. Last month it was drench into rain and water was clogged. Screen was not worked after that incident. On dated 07.07.2011, hand set was submitted to your authorized service centre at Noida ( M/s Ambey Electronics) and they repaired the set and billing was done for INR 4000.00. After thats handset display worked but phone was not charging. they take battery for servicing and returned it on dated 17.07.2011 but after that same problem occurs i.e. after plugging out the charger, mobile gets switched off and shows 0% battery charging after hours of charging and finallly get switched off as soon as charger plugged out. Phone was submitted again on dated 21.07.2012 for same complaint ( in your authorized service centre at Noida). After repeatative chasing, M/s Ambe yesterday ( dated 08.08.2012) said that either your handset can not be repaired or it will cost 80% of your mobile cost. If there is such a issue, why i was not told at first time and take INR 4000.00 for changing parts. If my mobile could not be repaired why they take INR 4000.00 and what component cost 80% of mobile cost. This is totally against Business ethics. I have clearly told all the facts at M/s Ambey, Noida and no facts are hidden. This shows your comittment towards your customer, your quality and service policy.
