I had purchased a AIRTEL DATA card on 24/05/14 from SPICE RETAIL LTD,21/4,YUSUF SARAI, MAIN MARKET,DELHI -49.
I was told that my airtel data services would start in 24 hours, but till today its not working.
If i call them, i get the replies like they will get it done.
please help me out. Please let me know how can i complain in Consumer Court.
