I have been using Aircel mobile services for a long time and i use a prepaid number.My no is 9865388914. Recently, I receive messages on my mobile suddenly that “Thanks for subscribing to aircel services. You have been charged Rs.100” and 100rs is deducted from my account. This has been happening for the third time and last time after struggling much i got the refund. Customer care executives are not even ready to listen to me.Whenever i want to log a complaint their Server will be down and ask me to call the next day. Kindly help.

I have been using Aircel service since a long time.My no is 8013063833. Recently, from last few months I have been facing sudden balance deduction without any reason.When I called customer care,they every time assured it will not happen again ,but disgustingly result was same as before. Within last 48 hours my ₹25 balance is deducted in three times back to back even after my complaint they carried on their iresponsible job. Customer care executives are not atall ready to listen to me. Whenever I want to submit a complaint their Servers will be down and ask me to call the later. It is beyond my limit now, so please help me to permanently resolve this, otherwise switching to another network will be a last option for me! -

और ये no लेते समय ये लोग बोले 26 मार्च को sim activate हो रही है तो हर महीने की 26 तारीख को balance आयेगा और 26 september tak आपका pack chalega। और मेरा net pack 21 september को finish हो गया मेरे में 1300 mb data था । अगर ये लोग साफ़ साफ़ बताते की data 26 को आता है पर sim 30 din ke हिसाब से 6th month ख़तम हो जयेगा तो मेरा data laps नही होता। जब बात करने इनके office जाओ तो उल्लू बनाते है।

voda phone का net मैं अब use करती हूँ और wo 2g me aircel ke 3g से अच्छी स्पीड देते है। सबसे घटिया service hai aircel की। -

I have taken the sim with many offers. ….I have asked the person who was selling the sims when the sim is going to activate he said till 6 pm my sim was not activated till 4days after 4days my sim get activated but I did not get any offer and second day it says your validity is over

I have been using Aircel service since 5 years.My no is 7278798352,9804003396 & 8013039575. Recently, from last few months I have been facing sudden balance deduction without any reason.When I called customer care,they every time assured it will not happen again and all time they are showing the reason that network is busy now for technical fault call after 2 hours whole day this drama has done,but disgustingly result was same as before. Within last 48 hours my ₹41 balance is deducted in three times back to back even after my complaint they carried on their iresponsible job. And Aircel Network service is day by day becoming low quality service.When I am recharging Rs.16/- for Aircel pocket internet for 3 days that will run rarely for one day not getting enough speed. It is going on slowly inspite of it recharging with Rs.148/- .I think Aircel now started chitting and giving bad servicing. Customer care executives are not atall ready to listen to me. Whenever I want to submit a complaint their Servers will be down and ask me to call the later. It is beyond my limit now, so please help me to permanently resolve this, otherwise switching to another network will be a last option for me!

I’m Hari Shanker Dixit user of aircel no.7786882201 and the company has deducted money from my account without subscribing any caller tune service. I’m not interested in any type of this service. This has happened several times and in this manner I have lost about 150- 200 INR. I have also complaint to my nearest service center but this is repeated again and the service is again started without my subscription. I’m very annoyed wth the service of aircel and hence I strongly recommed that there should be strict action against this matter and also my money should be refunded the very soon.

My credit limit is 1500 but my bill is 3071(double of my credit limit). In the bill I see that 2000+ was charged only for data usage @rate of 10Rs/MB after the free limit of 200MB. Meaning I’ve used 400 MB+ of data. This is absolutely ridiculous because I turn off 3g most of the time to save power. With the proliferation of smart phone now it makes user to pay more especially with postpaid. It is the duty of the network operators to notify the usage by some mechanism especially once the free limit is reached. 2000Rs for 200 MB is atrocious, surprising and not acceptable. There should be some rule to make it compulsory for operators to stop charging exorbitant amount without any notification. On top of that my connection was suspended abruptly without any prior notification. My actual bill was 4071 of which I have already paid 1000. If you remove the data charges I’ll pay the balance.

NEVER EVER USE AIRCEL. Those customar representative who are in 198, all are hard of hearing and no. 1 Nonsense & Uncivil. They do not help people, they do fraud with people. They torment people. They deduct rupees suddenly & do not payback.

on 31th dec 2015 rs 20 has been deducted without any value added service ( i checked at 155223 , my net pack was till 03 jan 2016 coz i recharged with 275 on 03 dec 2015), i didnt made any call but 20 rs has been deducted, again i recharged with rs 50 to wish new year to my relative , same happened again, rs 40+ again deducted, i called again and again to customer care 198, all the time they told that application is down-call after 2 hour, i called on 2nd jan, they told me that from my side no balance deduction is showing , u must have used ur balance. i was totally shocked by this answer. never expected such thing from any company to their customer. my aircel number 7277482085 (aircel from which deducted) 9852333189 (aircel).
please dont do that, we all family using aircel, if such thing happen ,a raft in trust rise to break more than 4 year relation with aircel. -

Aircel is really disgusting. Sales person came to sell a jodi pack post paid saying Rs.199 per month and between jodi pack it is totally free. But finally when i received the monthly bill.I’m really shocked .it was the bill of amount Rs.745.Then i called customer care many times to sort this issue but none reponded. I’m geetting mails and calls stating to pay the sum of Rs. 1045/- Is it really fair to cheat like this and torture the customers. Its really very irritating. mistake is in their side and they are threatening us saying will file a complaint to high court. i want justice for this.

Hi , my name is ankit , my aircel number is 8285398547, I am from new delhi , first of all i want to say that the aircel is providing very very very very very very worst worst worst worst service . The aircel network is totally worst and very very very bad , I always got romming in delhi’s crowded area , where people need more network. it is aircel tradition that they can only provide poorest service ever , it is a record of aircel. wherever I go in delhi , there is romming record of aircel follows me always, delhi is not a village ,but I always have my aircel sim in romming in nagafghar , in nanloi , in bawana , in jaffarpur , in most of the Places of delhi and when I try to contact to costomer care , I always get the same message that “our costomer executive are busy somewhere in attending fake calls”. this is very disappointing to every customer , the internet service is very slow , I can’t not open my google page in correctly in time , there is huge network problem , I will prefer to every friend of mine to not to use aircel sim or service ever , I will post this complain to my whatsapp group also to let the people know the truth of service of aircel . thankyou , and I am not your faithful person , got it!!

Wao… Its really amazing that aircel is giving the worse network, i must say that if you wouldn’t fix your network problem then you will soon gonna lose your customers..n one thing more i need to say that my family members are so happy because i don’t use my cellphone much often now as i don’t have any network in my phone

Rs.10 was deducted.i called to customer care executive to resolve my problem.when i called customer care executive my call was landing in bhubaneswer.and mrs. Jyotikala rout pick up my call.i said to jyotikala mam pls say why my balance was deducted she said there is no update in our system plz call after 4 hrs.than i said plz transfer the call to escalation desk she said no i cant transfered call to ed.then i asked plz give ur mail id in which id i can complain against my problem.she said no i cant give u our mail id.and CCE’s behave was very rudely.next time i called to customer carecare atleast 2 times in finally floor team leader concern my problem and give resolution me his name is chandan i said to chandan pls take an action for rude behave of CCE but their was no responce.dear team plz audit my call and take immediate action .and the girl who receive the call she is not suitable for process -

All are Aircel customer care number. They are not useful And they every time busy. it will not happen again ,but disgustingly result was same as before. Whenever I want to submit a complaint their Servers will be down and ask me to call the later. It is beyond my limit now, so please help me to permanently resolve this, otherwise switching to another network will be a last option for me! -

I have been using Aircel mobile services for a long time and i use a postpaid number.My no is 9551279351. Every month am receiving a messages on my mobile suddenly that “Thanks for subscribing to some services. You have been charged Rs.100” and 100rs is deducted from my account. This has been happening for the third time and last time after struggling much i got the refund. Customer care executives are not even ready to listen to me.Whenever i want to log a complaint their Server will be down and ask me to call the next day. I dont know what network is this….i planned to move on another network ….After raised complaint they said we ill refund ur amount but not happened till now instead of that every month getting a extra charge….please dont cheat a people like this…. -

On 31 august the company had deducted mine Rs 128 as activation charges towards internet package which I had not activated on my aircel phone number 8796100673 , following which I had registered a complaint with the company customer call centre.
Reference Number was 1-24421332684.
Company had said my balance will be refunded within 48 hrs but has not refunded my balance till yet. I have been calling daily to the customer care centre and has received false promises so far.
Off late the CC centre is not allowing me to speak to the customer care executive by way of deliberate blocking the call.THIS HAS BEEN A TOTAL MENTAL HARASSMENT AND BLATANT ABUSE OF POWER. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK NOW THE COMPANY HAS BEEN TRYING TO TAKE ME FOR A RIDE AND UNABLE TO REFUND MY BALANCE OF Rs. 128.
I PROMISE IF I DONT GET THE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM

On 25.10.2016 ,Aircel deducted Rs 186 from my Balance.when I call Castomer care ,they told me that is for internet browsing,though I have net balance in my Phone,after that they told me server is down,they told me since last 2 days,after calling castomer care several times,the line are not connect with castomer care,But when I call from a different number then the call connect,and again castomer care center agent told me same thing that server is down,

As per our concerned team, you have recharged with PI PACK-28 on 11-10-2016 at 20:27 (benefit:-150 MB 2G data (6:00:00 hours to 11:59:59 hours) + 130MB 2G data(12:00:00 hours to 5:59:59 hours) for 28 days.
As per CDR, your balance got deducted Rs 186.45 (Before balance Rs.186.49 and After balance Rs.0.04) for using GPRS in 2G connectivity(usage 12.1383 MB & default browsing charges 10kb/15p) on 10/25/2016 at 3:44:48 AM as you have already consumed all the benefits for night stamp. Hence, balance got deducted from main account and no waiver applicable in this regard.

I’m postpaid customer (9600179295) when I took the connection it was rs199 monthly plan. Later without any notification they have changed my plan to RS.345 monthly charge. When we reached customer care they are telling 199 plan got expired. Without customer knowledge they are changing plans and they are asking customer to pay the high amount. When I want to switch to prepaid they told it will take 20days and for that 20days I have to pay bill amount as per plan. So many unnecessary charges I have paid because of this. They are charging so high and if we ask for split up bill for that also they are charging 50rs.

When i called the customer representative they dont even talk to me properly. Whenever i call for a complaint they cut the phone saying system is down. The call was charged as per the base rate (175 p/sec).

Hi my name is indumathi vijayakumar I am holding two numbers in the name of my husband vijayakumar K.. Last month September 21st we are requested to change to prepaid number and they completed all the demerge procedures and my husband clearly mentioned as he is moving to u.s so further proceedings his wife may handle.. they also agreed… when I called customer care that said please take the adhar card and two photograph of my husband.and to submit in the aircel (tambaram). I also did the same and I waited more than one and half an hour with my small child and one who handlea me is handling and thinking him like he is the owner of aircel… he is again starting from the first procedure and aSking me to convey to my husband to send mail… What a brilliant and smart I don’t know whether aircel recruiting educated people or not… it’s too bad and worst service I ever faced it…if I again called customer service and loged a complaint he is asking me to go to Spencer plaza then what the hell others are doing in other outlets… not even responding as the customer of ten years…. please don’t ever refer aircel..i am not going to pay even single paise as we raise the request. ..

I have been using Aircel mobile services for a long time and I use a prepaid number. Also my wife & father using Aircel prepaid connection. My father’s no. is 8599957512. Recently, from last few months my father has been facing sudden balance deduction without any reason. When I called customer care, and all time they are showing the reason that network is busy now for technical fault, call after 2 hours. Whole day this drama has done, but disgustingly result was same as before. Customer care executives are not at all ready to listen to me. Though or is found Customer Care executive he/she said deducted money from my account for VAS without my permission. But I’m not interested in any type of this service. I said he/she please stop this and refund my money and he/she assured that the VAS service has been deactivated and as per my request and it will not happen again , but disgustingly result was same as before. This is has happened several times and in this manner When I called customer care they are not even ready to listen to me. Whenever I want to log a complaint their Server will be down and ask me to call the next day. Even after my complaint they carried on their irresponsible job. I will try their STOP VAS option, but the option is fake or inactive.
I think Aircel now started cheating and giving bad servicing. It is beyond my limit now, so please help me to permanently resolve this, otherwise switching to another network will be a last option for me and also I will complain to TRY. I’m very annoyed with the service of Aircel and hence I strongly recommend that there should be strict action against this matter and also my money should be refunded the very soon. -

And the contact number has been released to all my relations, friends, companies, financing agencies and with my and my son’s banks account. After two months suddenly my two mobile connections were closed without any pre notification. There was balance in both SIMs. After that why could you deactivate my connections. When I contacted to customer care, I was told that the Network is going to fall down. I can’t MNP to these above numbers previous to 90 days. So I can’t do calling or receiving calls.
So it is requested you to activate my both aforesaid numbers otherwise I can take action against Aircel Network Provider Authorities to the Consumer Court and for which you will be responsible for any charges and the mental and physical lose which I had faded.
