complaint agnaist crbt service

hello sir/madam

its been very bad experience to me , using the reliance gsm sim from the begining of this year ( 2011)
i am a customer since feb 2007 and i must say that , the method of handeling such an old customers of customer care represtantives of mp cg circle is not up to the mark

whenever we try to connect or make a call to the customers care service center of mp cg circle then it tells that ROUTE IS BUSY , PLEASE CALL LATER

in that situation if we got any complaints or quries then , tell me sir/madam that where i should go

now

since from feb 2007 i have never used any payable/chargable service but todat ( sunday , 30 jan 2011 ) a service named CRBT is been automatically activated at 17:19 as a result ruppes 30 is been deducted

now i m tring to call since from that time but its been telling that TO RESUME SERVICE PLEASE CALL CUSTOMER CARE

i have tried on almost every numbe of customer care
but the result was same ( 9827198271 , *333 , *202 , 198 , 9827098270 , 30333333 )

not please tell me what to do now
