Complaint against ZEN company

Location/place: Delhi

Dear Sir,

In the month of Jan-12, I purchase a handset Z77 through sneapdeal.
But same handset was faulty and I approach your service center, whose
details are as following:

Problems in handset were as following:
1. First sim was not showing any network, not working
2. Second sim was showing signal but no outgoing calls, only incoming calls.
3. Sound was coming in only one side of earphone (as per service
centre it is due to jack problem).

I deposit my handset with service centre. After a month they repair
and return back me a old handset (used handset with different IMEI
number), I refuse to take it and return back to customer care.
They told me that they had send my handset to Zen company for repair
but now (last week) they said that company return your handset without
repair,
It is almost 6 months, I am feeling cheated by purchasing product of
Zen mobile because I had received a faulty handset and now no one is
repairing it.

Please help me out in this…
