Complaint against wrong deduction of money from prepaid balance
Location/place: Sri Karanpur, Rajasthan, India
Name of company/service: MTS India / Mobile Service
Money was deducted from my account on 7th june,2012. for a service which i did not activate and now they say it cannot be refunded, though it should be refunded as there was no mistake from my side.
Hope to see some action against MTS Network and get my money back.
