complaint against VODAFONE

Location/place: PUNE

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

using Mobile number portability(MNP),i switched to VODAFONE from AIRTEL.
On 23rd of october 2012 i submitted the documents with my ID proofs and photographs at one of vodafone stores in Pune.
But now my services are barred and when i tried calling the customer care they are saying you have not submitted the documents.
On 9th of november i again visited the same vodafone store to know the reason.They replied that the services will be started by 10pm tonight but nothing really happened.
i would like to launch a comlaint against vodafone as this is not my mistake,i have already submitted the documents at the vodafone store and the customer care is saying that i have not submitted the documents.
