I Have purchase a refrigerator from videocon on 5th of may 2012,from the below store :- (Bindra radio & elect.corporation) Shop No.14,city centre, bachcha park,meerut (U.P) 250001 My refrigerator is not working since 18th june, so i have launch a complaint against the same on 22nd of june 2012,without sending any engineer they have close the complaint (Compaint N0 -GHA2206120504),I am living in a joint family suffering from this problem in this excessive heating temperature my ref is not working.today i had a word with customer care executive(Mr.Anupam) time around 10:45 am,they are saying we are only third party we are helpless to help you for the same .
I request you to launch a complaint against them & help us out ,as you are giving customer relief from the problematic people like them.

    I had for first time brought videocon product 55 inch 3d LED TV Model no V55591PZ on 21 may 2012, this was my videocon first product, i hardly view my tv for an hour or two ever since i have brought it, recently 20- 25 days back i c white blotches appearing on four corners of my screen,which increases as the time proceeds, it makes picture viewing very bad, i have never seen such a bad product and picture quality in my life. i have 32 inch Samsung LCD TV in my other room since 4 years which is going great. when i contacted service technician he viewed it and said that TV panel is faulty and need to replace it, BUT I WANT MY ENTIRE TV TO BE REPLACED, because its hardly even two months when i have brought it, replacing panel might even cause other parts to get damage while changing it. so i want videocon authorities to take note of it and change my TV or else i will like to go for some other TV brand other than VIDEOCON and pay my cash back.
    Hope videocon international will take care of it, and need your co-operation on the same.
