Myself is Kundan singh & Pramod Kumar. I was Booked a Flat in ARANYA Heights of Unnati Fortunes Ltd.rnMy Flat No is- T2- 707 & T3-907. I was already Paid 20% Payment as per Agreed terms i.e Rs.10 Lacs for Each Flat. Rest Was under subvention Plan. Builder was advised to take the Loan from DHFL and Tata Housing. Accordingly I was Given all Document to DHFL on 11/08/2013 as per discussing with Mr Kuldeep Mishra of M/S Unnati Fortunes Ltd. I was also paid Processing Fee to M/s DHFL. Mr Kuldeep and one another person told me that they will take the disbursement of Loan from DHFL on Behalf of Us. I was not received any correspondent with DHFL after given the all documents, but I received a call from Mr Kuldeep that my Loan will not be sanctioned By dhfl.rnDuring the discussion on 23rd September we mutually arrived at two Options. Either I will Pay 75% of 1 Flat i.e Rs. 35 Lacs from any Private Loan sources and than M/S Unnati will not asked for other Flat payment Till Possession or convert with CLP plan. This matter was discussed on 23rd September vide which I was sent the letter for their written confirmation on 27th September. But after that they have not responded our agreed discussion and neither they were replied our Letter.rnI was again tried to other bankers i.e HDFC but they are unable to Give the Loan under subvention scheme as per RBI Guidelines.rnDue to no any answers and after repeated follow-up directly and with our Agent Mr. Vimal Agrawal of My Homes Builders has not entertained and not responded my Call. rnOn 23rd October they have received My call and told me in any How conditions you have to Pay 75% payment immediately else our unit will be cancelled. I again remind old discussion of the agreed terms as per letter dated 27th September but they told I will revert back. After some times on same day they called me our flat Booking has cancelled. I asked him o reasons but the disconnected the call.rnOn dated 26th October I received a letter from Builders of dated 25th October for cancellation of Flat due to defaulter of Payment.rnI personally request you to kindly look in to this matter as builders are harassing me since starting.rnI was asked him to accept your Old agreed discussion but they are deviating . I have already paid 20% payment as per agreed terms and rest 75% to be paid against sanctioned of Loan for which you have to Pay Interest @ 11% to bankers. You have given two options i.e DHFL and Tata . TATA was not agreed to give me the Loan and DHFL was agreed to give the Loan. You had sent to DHFL person to our home on 3rd august 2013 for collect the Papers for sanctioned the Loan. I was submitted all signed documents as per Your/ DHFL List along with Processing Fee Cheque. After that I am following with them since long but neither they have not replied. In the 18th august you verbally confirmed our loan will not be sanctioned due to our eligibility.rnOn 20th august I was visit your project site during which you assured to explore the other possibility.rnOn 27th august I was called you but you told within 2 days you will confirm.rnOn 8th September I was again called you then we mutually decided 2 options.rnOption-1: Against Booking of 2 Flat I have to pay 75% amount of 1 Flat then for other Flat I have not to Pay. You also confirmed that you will pay 11% interest on the accepted amount of Rs.35 Lacs. As per discussion for second flat I have not need to give the payment before passion hence you will not pay interest.rnOption -2: this plan should be changed in CLP and after changing of Plan immediately I have to Pay the balance amount as per CLP payment terms.rnAfter discussion you advised me to visit your office for freeze this issue accordingly I was visited your office on 10th September but you were not met me.rnAfter this issues you have not confirmed your acceptance for any options.rnRequest Kindly confirm immediately to enable us to Plan accordingly.Regards
