Complaint Against Toofan FAN Product

Hi,

This is Vikas Giri from village called Khuguni ,Ramgarhwa East champran Bihar-845433, we have purchase 3nos of TOOFAN Ceiling from from our local Veena Electronic shop on 13th April 2018, and after 1months all 3nos FAN got repaired , we have visited the local purchased shop with warranty card they are behaving very badly and they took 15days to return the FAN.

after taking back the FAN to our Home it’s run only 1month and again got faulty …this is worst product we got from veena Electronic shop as per they its having 3years warranty and they given us warranty card , but after fan got repaired they are doing repair on there own shop, they are not sending to company for new FAN or repaired.

    This is anjali from samastipur Bihar,we purchased a toofan ceiling fan on 12 /6/21after 2 month fan is stop working .we visited the shop with warranty card after repairing it’s speed is very very low ,very poor product of toofan, shopkeeper used local material .
